INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp sugar
1 1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp white pepper
1/4 cup olive oil
2 large eggs
6 slices of regular cut bacon, cut into ½1/2” pieces
3/4 cup sliced button or portabella mushrooms
1/2 cup diced sweet onions
8 heaping cups of fresh spinach
3/4 cup heavy cream or half & half
1 1/2 cups grated fontina (can use gruyere or jarlsberg)
3 large eggs
3/4 cup milk
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
