INGREDIENTS
2 pounds ground beef (I use 85% organic grass-fed)
1/2 medium yellow onion (diced)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
12 ounces of uncured bacon
4 ounces baby bella mushrooms (chopped)
4 whole eggs (beaten)
4 ounces cream cheese (at room temperature)
3/4 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons sugar-free ketchup
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire
3 cloves garlic (minced)
Optional Toppings: Shredded lettuce (chopped (sugar-frepickles, chopped fresh tomatoes)
