INGREDIENTS
4 strips bacon, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
8 large eggs
1 cup cottage cheese
4 ounces goat cheese (chevre), crumbled
8 ounces asparagus, trimmed and cut into bite sized pieces
2 green onions, sliced
salt and pepper to taste
