pumpkin bread
This is a recipe that I put together. I have put this into very small pans at Christmas time to give to friends and family. Depending on the size of the loaves, will depend on how long to bake this-it can take as long as an hour to bake. To make this whole wheat, just substitute one cup of whole wheat flour for the regular flour.

This will make 2 medium loaves, one large or several small loaves
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 2/3 cups flour, sifted
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 - eggs
- 1/2 cup oil, cooking
- 1 1/2 cups pumpkin(canned)
How To Make pumpkin bread

Step 1Mix all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.

Step 2Add, milk, eggs, oil and pumpkin- on low speed,mix until well blended

Step 3Prepare pans (grease then flour). If you do not, you will not be able to get the bread out.
