italian cheese bread
I found this recipe several years ago and have adapted it to the way I like it. I also use any cheese I have on hand. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 package active dry yeast, quick rise
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil, extra virgin
- 1/3 cup italian dressing
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
How To Make italian cheese bread

Step 1In a mixing bowl, using your attachment for kneading bread, combine the flour, salt, sugar and yeast, stir. Add the warm water and olive oil. Stir and then knead with your mixer for about 1 minute or until smooth

Step 2Put a little oil around the dough, move around so it it covered and then cover dough and let sit in a warm place to rise for about 20 minutes. Punch down dough and place in a prepared sheet pan then pat down the dough until it is about 1/2" thick or less. Brush with Italian dressing, sprinkle with garlic, parmesan, and mozzarella. Bake at 375 for about 15-20 minutes. Cut to make bread sticks.
