1/3 cup finely sliced green (spring) onions, 3-4 medium size onions

1/4 cup finely diced green pepper, diced small

1/4 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro

roasted pistachios, I really like the ones from Trader Joes. They come shelled, roasted & salted.
