1/2 c. warm water
6 T. fresh lime juice
1/4 c. granulated sugar
3 T. fish sauce
1/4 c. Avocados From Mexico, small-diced
1 t. fresh garlic, minced
1 ea. Bird's Eye chili, finely chopped
