INGREDIENTS

1 red peppers ( large, diced )

1/2 pound cherry tomatoes ( diced )

1 avocado ( pitted and diced )
•
1 red onion ( diced )
•
1 mangos ( peeled, pitted and diced )
•
1 whole kernel corn ( small can )

1 Can (15 oz) black beans Directions Mix all ingredients for the salsa in a large bowl. Combine the ingredients for the dressing in a measuring jug and whisk together well. Pour over the salsa and carefully stir. Serve immediately.

For the Dressing Lime juice Olive oil 1/2 cup cilantro ( large handful, chopped )
