1 x 400g tin chickpeas, drained and rinsed

1-2 garlic cloves, peeled
•
2 tablespoons lemon juice
•
1 tablespoon tahini
•
To garnish: olives, olive oil, sumac or paprika

Serve with: fresh Turkish bread
