1/3 cup red pepper, deveined and seeded, chopped fine

1/3 cup green pepper, deveined and seeded, chopped fine

1/3 cup Bermuda onion, chopped fine

1 cup cilantro leaves
•
1/4 cup olive oil
•
3 Tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
•
Salt andFreshly ground Black Pepper to taste

1 large avocado or 3 small ones, sliced
