2 tablespoons honey

1 1/2 cups heavy cream, chilled, to finish

For the soak
•
1- 14 oz. can sweetened, condensed milk
•
1- 12 fl. oz. can evaporated milk
•
1/2 cup whole milk
•
1 cup fresh apple juice
•
Tip: I recommend using a natural, high quality juice here. You’ll notice the difference.
