5 (28 ounce) cans crushed tomatoes

1/2 large white onion
•
1/4 head garlic
•
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
•
pinch of salt
•
and pepper
•
3/8 cup olive oil
•
1/4 cup dried oregano (add to taste a little at a time)
•
4 bay leaves, dried
•
Can decrease oregano and add basil or parsley
