1/2 tsp Hirschhornsalz (Ammonium Carbonate)

Ammonium Carbonate (Baker's Ammonia) 2.7 oz

1 egg
•
2 tsp ginger bread spice - Such as Edora Lebkuchen Gewurz (Gingerbread Spices) 1 package - 0.5oz - see below

1/4 tsp white pepper (point of knife = Messerspitze, that is a tiny amount)
•
1 dash salt
•
125 g powdered sugar
•
1 tbsp rum or natural rum flavor
