2 cups milk (I used 2%)

2 cups chicken broth (vegetable broth can be used)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup parmesan cheese, grated

2 cups (16oz) whole milk ricatta
•
1 cup (8oz) gorgonzola cheese, finely crumbled
•
1 egg
•
2 packages frozen spinach thawed and drained
•
2 cups cooked chicken, cut into bite size pieces (optional)
•
1 pound fresh lasagna noodles or 8oz uncooked lasagna noodles (about 10)

1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
