4 cups finely chopped celery (from 1 large bunch celery)
8 cups chicken broth
3 (10.5-oz.) cans condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (10.5-oz.) can condensed cream of celery soup
1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
1 tablespoon ground sage
6 large eggs, beaten
