Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup butter, room temperature
1/2 cup chopped pecans
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup non-dairy whipped topping (Cool Whip)
1 cup granulated sugar
4 tablespoons cornstarch
pinch of salt
1-1/2 cups lemon-lime soda
1/2 cup water
1 3-ounce package strawberry gelatin
1-1/2 to 2 quarts fresh sliced strawberries
2 cups additional whipped cream for topping
Chopped pecans for garnish, optional
