Asparagus Soup

"A quick and easy creamy asparagus soup!..."

INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons oil
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, chopped
4 cups chicken broth (or vegetable broth)
1 pound asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1 inch pieces
1 pound potatoes, cut into 1 inch cubes
1 tablespoon lemon zest
2 tablespoons basil
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup parmigiano reggiano (parmesan cheese), grated
1 tablespoon white miso paste
salt and pepper to taste
