1/2 pound sliced fresh mushrooms
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon olive oil
1-1/2 teaspoons minced fresh thyme or 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon pepper
