1 lb. 93% (or leaner) ground beef
•
16 oz. sliced baby bella mushrooms
•
1/4 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce or Bragg's Liquid Aminos
•
1 (10 oz.) can healthy-request cream of mushroom soup
•
1/4 - 1/2 cup of reduced-sodium or no-sodium beef broth
•
1 head of broccoli, chopped into florets
•
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped (save a sprinkle for garnish)
•
1 tsp. cracked red pepper (more or less depending on how spicy you like it)
•
Fresh cracked pepper to taste.
