1 Tablespoon sesame seeds
2 teaspoons chili sauce (like Siracha)
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
3 cloves garlic, minced
juice of 1/2 lime
salt and pepper
3 cups thinly shredded red cabbage (about 1/2 small head)
1 cup sugar snap peas, thinly sliced vertically
2 carrots, peeled then thinly sliced or shredded
3 green onions, thinly sliced on the diagonal
