4 tbsp low sodium soy sauce (Tamari, or coconut aminos)
2 tbsp Sriracha  (or more to taste)
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp honey (or maple syrup, optional)
⅓ cup cashews (chopped)
2 green onions (sliced)
2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped or cilantro)
½ cup shredded carrots
salt and pepper (to taste)
1 head butter lettuce
Sesame seeds
¼ cup cashews (or peanuts, crushed)
