INGREDIENTS
2 1/8 cups (482g) room-temperature water
1/2 cup (113g ) gently packed ripe (fed) stiff sourdough starter
4 3/4 cups (570g) King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
1 cup (113g) King Arthur Whole Wheat Flour
2 1/2 teaspoons bread salt (or any finely ground salt)
King Arthur Artisan Bread Topping or the seeds of your choice optional
