3 hard boiled eggs
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
3.5 oz unsalted butter ((100 gr), room temperature)
1 egg (, room temperature)
2 tsp salt
3 3/4 cups bread flour plus 1 1/2 tbsp more ((500 gr))
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup warm water plus 1 tbsp + 2 tsp more ((150 ml))
