Apricot Brie

INGREDIENTS
1 large round or wedge of brie (the round I used was 13.2 ounces)
1/2 cup chopped dried apricots
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (if you don't eat nuts, simply omit)
