Ingredients: 4 tablespoons butter (melted); 1 cup brown sugar; 1 egg; 1 cup applesauce; 1 teaspoon vanilla extract; 1 cup all-purpose flour; 1 teaspoon baking soda; 1/2 teaspoon salt; 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon; 1/4 teaspoon ginger; 1/8 teaspoon allspice; 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg; 1 cup raisins; 1 cup nuts (I use walnuts, you can use whatever you like)
