Applesauce Pancakes with Cinnamon Syrup

INGREDIENTS
2 cups flour (I used all-purpose but you can use white whole wheat too!)
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. Truvia Brown Sugar Blend (or 2 Tbsp. light brown sugar)
3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
2 Tbsp. oil
1/2 cup cinnamon applesauce
1/4 cup Truvia Baking Blend (or 1/2 cup white sugar)
1/4 cup Truvia Brown Sugar Blend (or 1/2 cup light brown sugar)
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/2 sp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup water
