INGREDIENTS

Crumb Cake Batter:

2 cups flour
•
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
•
1 cup of sugar
•
1 stick of softened butter
•
1 /2 teaspoon salt
•
1/2 cup whole milk
•
2 eggs
•
1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
•
Crumb Topping:
•
2 cups flour
•
2 sticks butter (1 cup) softened
•
2 cups brown sugar
•
2 tablespoons cinnamon
•
Optional Filling:
•
1 can apple pie filling or use 4 fresh apples minced with a tablespoon flour and 2 tablespoons water
•
Mix 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon set aside.
