3 Tbs all-purpose flour
2 Tbs lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup granulated sugar
¼ cup unsalted butter,
1 cup all purpose flour
1 Tbs of ground cinnamon
¼ tsp salt
1 medium sized apple, peeled, cored and diced
1 Tbs unsalted butter
2 Tbs brown sugar
lemon juice from a quarter of a lemon
1 tsp cinnamon
⅛ tsp apple pie spice {or substitute with a pinch of each of these spices: nutmeg, ground ginger, ground cloves}
