1/2 cup chopped walnuts (1 3/4 ounces)
1 1/2 cups Silvana’s Kitchen Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 sticks (12 tablespoons) cold unsalted butter, cut into pieces
1/2 cup cold cream cheese, cut into pieces
1/4 cup ice water
3 ounces raisins (1/2 cup), soaked in hot water for 15 minutes and drained
2 1/2 pounds apples, such as Honeycrisp—peeled, cored and cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices (6 cups)
3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
3 tablespoons Silvana’s Kitchen Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 large egg beaten with 1 tablespoon water
Granulated sugar, for sprinkling
