½ teaspoon salt

1 cup canned pumpkin
•
⅓ cup oil (avocado oil or vegetable oil)

2 large eggs
•
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
•
2 tablespoons molasses
•
1 cup granulated sugar
•
1 cup peeled, diced apple (1 large or 2 small apples) I often use Honey Crisp or Ganny Smith apples, any nice firm texture apple will work.

1-2 tablespoons turbinado sugar
