6 x 8 inch flour tortillas or wheat tortillas

1/2 cup / 100 g white sugar

1/2 cup / 100 g brown sugar

1/2 cup / 110 g butter
•
1/2 cup / 120 ml water
•
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

To make your own Apple filling:
•
4 cups / 1 Kg of peeled & thinly sliced apples
•
2/3 cup / 120 g white sugar
•
2 Tbsp. flour
•
a little water
•
cinnamon and nutmeg to taste.
