INGREDIENTS

4-5 good sized apples cut into eighths, enough to fill the pie crust. (Yellow Delicious or Granny Smith is what I think she used)

1- 9” Pie crust with top
•
1/2 Cup flour
•
1- Cup sugar
•
2- Tbsp Cinnamon ~ divided (Less if you don’t care much for it)
•
1- Stick butter cut into thin pats
•
3/4 Cup brown sugar ~ divided
•
1- Egg ~ Beaten
