1 cup sugar

wondra flour
•
vegetable oil for frying
•
cinnamon and sugar, to taste

1 (8 oz) cream cheese
•
1 small container cool whip (or 1 cup whipping cream with 1/2 cup sugar- whipped until stiff)

1 cup caramel sauce (store bought OR)
•
FOR CARAMEL SAUCE:

Butterscotch Caramel Sauce:
•
3/4 c. sugar
•
1/4 c, brown sugar
•
1/4 c. water
•
4 Tbsp. unsalted butter
•
1 c. heavy cream
•
1/2 tsp. vanilla
•
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
