INGREDIENTS

2 cups all-purpose flour (I use gluten free)

2 cups rolled oats (I use Gluten free)

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
•
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
•
1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
•
1 1/2 cups butter (I usually melt 1 cup and mix it well to cut the butter a bit)
•
2 quarts peeled, cored and sliced apples
