1½ cups all purpose flour
1½ teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, (at room temperature)
1/2 cup granulated white sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup whole milk
