1 cup steel cut oats use gluten free as needed
3 cups almond milk (,can also use water if you preferse water if you prefer)
1/2 cup chopped apples (,(I used gala))
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1-2 teaspoons maple syrup (, honey or low carb liquid sweetener (optional))
drizzled almond butter (, or date caramel)
chopped apples
1 tbsp pecans chopped
almond butter
Instant Pot (I use a 6 Quart DUO-PLUS)
Large Pot
