INGREDIENTS

½ cup canned organic pumpkin
•
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
•
1/2 cup organic apple cider or use vanilla almond or soy milk
•
1/2 cup of greek yogurt I would recommend plain or vanilla
•
1 very small frozen banana or ½ of a large frozen banana
•
sweetener of choice (raw honey, pure maple syrup, agave, stevia etc)
•
¼ teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice to start and adjust
