1 bunch of scallions, sliced half an inch into the green

1/2 TBSP butter
•
5 eggs
•
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

1/4 tsp black pepper
•
1/2 tsp Kosher salt
•
1 cup cream (I used fat free half and half)
•
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
