Ingredients: 5 lbs. apples (or just fill up the crock pot!); 2 c. cider (even better with fresh-squeezed apple juice); 1 c. sugar; 3 tsp. cinnamon; 1-1/2 tsp. cloves; 1/4 tsp. allspice; Dash nutmeg
