Ingredients
- 2 - eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 cup parmigiano-reggiano, grated
- 2 cups shredded zucchini
- 2/3 cup bisquick
- - salt and pepper
How To Make zucchini fritters

Step 1Mix cheese, Bisquick, pepper with the beaten eggs and then fold into the zucchini.

Step 2Drop by tablespoonfuls into hot cooking oil and deep fry. Salt as soon as they come out of the fryer.
