zucchini (5-6 oz)
all purpose flour
How To Make zucchini cheese tempura
Cut zucchini into 1/4 inch thick slices.
In a bowl, combine flour, parmesan cheese and milk. Mix well.
Coat each sliced zucchini with tempura batter and deep-fry (350 degrees F)until golden brown.
