4 Tbsp
all purpose flour
4 Tbsp
parmesan cheese
8 Tbsp
milk

How to Make Zucchini Cheese Tempura

Step-by-Step

  • 1Cut zucchini into 1/4 inch thick slices.
  • 2In a bowl, combine flour, parmesan cheese and milk. Mix well.
  • 3Coat each sliced zucchini with tempura batter and deep-fry (350 degrees F)until golden brown.
