- 1 - zucchini (5-6 oz)
- 4 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 4 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- 8 tablespoons milk
How To Make zucchini cheese tempura

Step 1Cut zucchini into 1/4 inch thick slices.

Step 2In a bowl, combine flour, parmesan cheese and milk. Mix well.

Step 3Coat each sliced zucchini with tempura batter and deep-fry (350 degrees F)until golden brown.
