  • 4 Tbsp
    all purpose flour
  • 4 Tbsp
    parmesan cheese
  • 8 Tbsp

How to Make Zucchini Cheese Tempura


  1. Cut zucchini into 1/4 inch thick slices.
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, parmesan cheese and milk. Mix well.
  3. Coat each sliced zucchini with tempura batter and deep-fry (350 degrees F)until golden brown.
