Being Japanese, I love Tempura and am good at making good tempura! My husband loves Japanese food and tempura is one of his favorite.

Ingredients

  • 1 - zucchini (5-6 oz)
  • 4 tablespoons all purpose flour
  • 4 tablespoons parmesan cheese
  • 8 tablespoons milk

How To Make zucchini cheese tempura

  • Step 1
    Cut zucchini into 1/4 inch thick slices.
  • Step 2
    In a bowl, combine flour, parmesan cheese and milk. Mix well.
  • Step 3
    Coat each sliced zucchini with tempura batter and deep-fry (350 degrees F)until golden brown.
