1Cut zucchini in half long ways and scoop out the middle.
2In skillet cook onion, garlic and the pulp from the zucchini that you scooped out for about 3 minutes. Then add your spaghetti sauce and let cook for about another 3 minutes. Spoon the mixture evenly into the shells of the zucchini.
3Grease a 9x13 pan with butter and put the stuffed shells on top. Cover pan and cook @ 350 for 20 minutes. Uncover and put the cheese on top and cook for another 5-10 minutes till cheese is melted.
