Ingredients
- 1/4 cup finley chooped onion
- 5 medium zucchini
- 2 cloves garlic finley chopped
- 1 cup spaghetti sauce (any)
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons butter
How To Make zucchini boats

Step 1Cut zucchini in half long ways and scoop out the middle.

Step 2In skillet cook onion, garlic and the pulp from the zucchini that you scooped out for about 3 minutes. Then add your spaghetti sauce and let cook for about another 3 minutes. Spoon the mixture evenly into the shells of the zucchini.

Step 3Grease a 9x13 pan with butter and put the stuffed shells on top. Cover pan and cook @ 350 for 20 minutes. Uncover and put the cheese on top and cook for another 5-10 minutes till cheese is melted.
