Ingredients
- 6 large yellow squash
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup self-rising buttermilk corn meal
- 2 large egg yolks
- 1 large onion
- 3 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
How To Make yellow squash patties

Step 1wash peal and shred the yellow squash

Step 2mix all ingredients together in mixing bowl except canola oil

Step 3heat canola oil in drying pan until sizzling- then spoon the mixture into the hot oil - fry until golden brown.
