Step-by-Step

  • 1season the cucumbers with cajun seasoning, salt and pepper, to taste.
  • 2dip the cucumber slices in the beaten eggs. coat the slice with bread crumbs.
  • 3heat the bacon drippings and fry the cucumbers until brown on both sides. drain and serve hot.
