- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup bacon drippings
- - cajun seasoning, to taste
- - salt and pepper, to taste
How To Make weight watcher's cajun fried cucumbers

Step 1season the cucumbers with cajun seasoning, salt and pepper, to taste.

Step 2dip the cucumber slices in the beaten eggs. coat the slice with bread crumbs.
