Ingredients
- 4 slices bacon
- 8 ounces mushrooms, chopped (about 3 cups)
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 8 ounces cream cheese, cubed
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- - cocktail crackers

Step 1Cook bacon in large skillet until crisp over med heat. Transfers to small bowl, cover and set aside. Pour off all but 2 tablespoons drippings from skillet. Add mushrooms, onion and garlic to skillet and saute over med high heat until liquid evaporates. Stir in flour, pepper, mix well. Add cream cheese, and remaining, mix well. Serve with crackers.
