Warm Cherry Tomato Salad

These tomatoes are very easy to make and go especially nicely with steaks, chops and roasts

extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp
balsamic vinegar
1 1/4 tsp
minced garlic
4 c
assorted cherry tomatoes, some halved
freshly ground black pepper, to taste (optional)
salt to taste (optional)
1/4 c
chopped fresh rosemary
rosemary sprigs for garnish

How to Make Warm Cherry Tomato Salad


  • 1In a large non-stick skillet heat olive oil, vinegar and garlic over moderate heat, until just simmering. Add tomatoes, pepper and salt to taste. Cook, tossing, until slightly tender and heated through, about 1 to 2 minutes. Toss tomatoes with chopped rosemary, and garnish with rosemary sprigs.
