This is the most addicting artichoke dip I have ever had. And unbelievably easy to make!

Ingredients

  • 2 cans artichoke hearts, canned in water (not marinated!)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon dill, dried

How To Make warm cheesy artichoke dip

  • Step 1
    1. Finely chop artichoke hearts with a hand chopper. 2. Mix with mayo, cheese and garlic. 3. Pour into an 8x8 casserole and sprinkle lightly with dill. 4. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. 5. Serve with Ritz Crackers.
