This is a hit at every get together I go to. I'm always asked to bring this appetizer. Looking forward to making this for our Superbowl party.

Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

2 pkg
crescent rolls
1/2 c
light sour cream
16 oz
cream cheese
3/4 c
mayonnaise
1 pkg
ranch style dressing mix
3/4 c
each of chopped green onions, green pepper, broccoli, cauliflower, and tomatoes.
3/4 c
of shredded carrots and cheddar cheese.

How to Make Vegi-Bars

Step-by-Step

  • 1Spread crescent rolls onto jelly roll pan, or cookie sheet. Be sure to seal cuts. Bake at 475 degrees 8 to 10 minutes, cool.
  • 2Mix sour cream, cream cheese, mayonnaise, and ranch dressing mix. Spread onto cooled crescent rolls.
  • 3Add chopped vegi's and shredded carrots and cheese.
