There are many versions of this recipe out there. This is the version my family has always preferred. Always a crowd please at a potluck or brunch.

Ingredients For veggie squares

  • 2 pkg
    crescent rolls
  • 1 - 8 oz pkg
    cream cheese
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 1 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg
    dry ranch dressing mix
  • 3/4 c
    fresh broccoli, finely chopped
  • 1 c
    fresh cauliflower, finely chopped
  • 3/4 c
    fresh carrots, finely chopped
  • 1 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded

How To Make veggie squares

  • 1
    Spread crescent rolls on cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool.
  • 2
    Mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise and dry ranch dressing mix in a small mixing bowl with electric mixer. Spread on cooled crescent rolls.
  • 3
    Top with chopped vegetables. Pat gently into cream cheese mixture. Top with shredded cheese and press gently.

    Chill. Cut into squares.
