There are many versions of this recipe out there. This is the version my family has always preferred. Always a crowd please at a potluck or brunch.

Ingredients
- 2 packages crescent rolls
- 1 - 8 oz packages cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 package dry ranch dressing mix
- 3/4 cup fresh broccoli, finely chopped
- 1 cup fresh cauliflower, finely chopped
- 3/4 cup fresh carrots, finely chopped
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make veggie squares

Step 1Spread crescent rolls on cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool.

Step 2Mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise and dry ranch dressing mix in a small mixing bowl with electric mixer. Spread on cooled crescent rolls.

Step 3Top with chopped vegetables. Pat gently into cream cheese mixture. Top with shredded cheese and press gently.

Step 4Chill. Cut into squares.
