There are many versions of this recipe out there. This is the version my family has always preferred.

Always a crowd please at a potluck or brunch.

2 pkg
crescent rolls
1 - 8 oz pkg
cream cheese
1/2 c
sour cream
1 c
1 pkg
dry ranch dressing mix
3/4 c
fresh broccoli, finely chopped
1 c
fresh cauliflower, finely chopped
3/4 c
fresh carrots, finely chopped
1 c
cheddar cheese, shredded

How to Make Veggie Squares


  • 1Spread crescent rolls on cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool.
  • 2Mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise and dry ranch dressing mix in a small mixing bowl with electric mixer. Spread on cooled crescent rolls.
  • 3Top with chopped vegetables. Pat gently into cream cheese mixture. Top with shredded cheese and press gently.
  • 4Chill. Cut into squares.
