- 1/2 cup chopped french beans
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 1 teaspoon chopped ginger
- 1 teaspoon dark soya sauce
- 1 teaspoon red chilly sauce
- 1 teaspoon white pepper powder
- 3 teaspoons corn flour
- 2 teaspoons all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons spring onions
- 1 teaspoon cooking oil
How To Make veg manchurian recipe

Step 1Mix alll the vegetables with corn flour, all purpose flour and half of the white pepper powder, chopped garlic, ginger and salt. Make a palpable dough, if required pour little water

Step 2Make small round shaped balls and deep fry them till crisp golden.

Step 3Heat oil in a pan and fry the remaining ginger garlic till light brown.
